WolfIntel / Pricing

Clear investment. Built around the work involved.

WolfIntel pricing reflects more than access to software.

It brings together an established operational system, understanding of your requirements, design, implementation and the agreed services needed to keep it running.

We do not apply automatic per-user WolfIntel licence charges. The investment is shaped by what your system needs to do, the complexity of delivery and the level of ongoing care.

Indicative investment

Focused implementation

£4,950–£9,500 initial investment

Managed service typically £250–£500 per month

For a business or team whose requirements fit closely with the established core and need a clearly bounded implementation.

The emphasis is on configuration, branding, agreed setup, training and a practical introduction into use, with limited additional development.

Tailored business system

£15,000–£35,000 initial investment

Managed service typically £600–£1,500 per month

For businesses needing more substantial workflow design, tailored functions, data preparation or agreed connections to existing systems.

This is a more involved engagement, shaping the system around how several parts of the business work together.

Broader operational system

Initial investment from £35,000

Managed service from £1,500 per month

For wider operational requirements involving multiple functions, specialist extensions, more complex integrations or staged implementation.

Scope, delivery and ongoing responsibilities are developed through a more detailed assessment.

All figures are indicative, in GBP and exclude applicable VAT and separately agreed third-party charges. A written proposal confirms the scope and price. Monthly figures illustrate the managed-service route; customer-hosted and independent-operation packages are quoted separately.

What the initial investment covers

The proposal brings together the work needed to deliver your agreed system, rather than leaving you to assemble separate suppliers.

Depending on scope, this can include business and workflow assessment, system design, configuration, tailored development, data preparation, testing, deployment, user setup and training.

The existing core provides a substantial starting point. You are not paying to recreate every underlying feature from scratch.

What the ongoing fee covers

The managed-service agreement defines the hosting, backups, security maintenance, monitoring and support provided for your installation.

It also sets clear expectations for support availability, usage allowances and responsibilities.

New functions, substantial workflow changes and additional integrations are not assumed to be unlimited support. They are separately agreed or included within a defined development allowance.

No automatic charge for every additional person

We do not believe a larger headcount should automatically multiply the software licence bill.

A relatively large team with straightforward requirements may need less ongoing work than a small business with complex processes and demanding integrations.

We price accordingly. Additional training, infrastructure capacity, support needs or third-party licences may affect the cost, but there is no automatic WolfIntel per-user multiplier.

What affects the price?

The main considerations are:

  • The number and complexity of workflows.
  • How closely your requirements fit the existing core.
  • The condition and volume of information to bring across.
  • Connections to other systems.
  • Specialist functions, controls or reporting.
  • Hosting, usage, support and service requirements.
  • Your chosen licensing and handover model.

These are discussed before a delivery commitment is made.

Managed, customer-hosted or independent

The pricing above illustrates a managed implementation: an initial fee followed by ongoing care.

Customer-hosted licensing and independent-operation packages are also available. These change the balance between upfront investment, ongoing services and the responsibilities your organisation takes on.

We explain those differences in the proposal so you can make an informed choice.

Start with the right scope

Not every business needs a large implementation.

A focused first stage may solve the immediate problem and provide a foundation for later development. Where requirements are more involved, a separately agreed discovery stage can establish the priorities, delivery approach and budget before the main build begins.

We work selectively, looking for engagements where the system and our approach are a good fit—not simply the largest possible project.

Your business. Your way.

Let’s establish what your business actually needs

A conversation and demonstration are the starting point. From there, we can identify the appropriate scope, delivery model and indicative investment.
