First, understand the business

We start with your objectives, the way work moves through the business and where information or responsibility becomes disconnected.

Some existing processes may work well. Others may depend on workarounds, repeated administration or knowledge held by one person. You may already have software worth keeping.

We look at what should stay, what could improve and where a connected system would add genuine value.

Then, shape the system around it

We configure the established core and agree any additional workflows, controls or connections.

That may involve a focused improvement to one part of the operation, or a broader system spanning several functions. Where appropriate, implementation can be staged so you gain useful capability without trying to change everything at once.

Commercial judgement guides the design. AI-assisted development helps us implement and refine it efficiently, with testing and review remaining part of the process.

The agreed implementation can cover:

Keep it useful as the business changes

WolfIntel can evolve as responsibilities, services and workflows change. Routine maintenance and support are defined within the ongoing agreement; larger enhancements are separately scoped or covered by an agreed development allowance.

Choose how your system is delivered

Managed for you

We deploy your configured system and provide the agreed hosting, maintenance, backups, security management and support.

This is the simplest route for a business that wants a working system without taking on its technical operation.

An implementation fee is followed by an agreed recurring service fee.

Hosted on your infrastructure

Your installation runs on infrastructure under your control, with software licensing, implementation and support arrangements agreed separately.

Responsibilities for hosting, updates, monitoring, backups and recovery are explicitly allocated.

Suitable where you need greater infrastructure control or have an existing technical team.

Delivered for independent operation

An independently operated package can include deployment, source access, documentation and defined rights for your team or another developer to maintain the delivered system.

This requires a more substantial handover and is priced accordingly. Future upgrades and support can be agreed separately.

Source access and operational independence do not automatically transfer ownership of the reusable WolfIntel core. Licence rights and any bespoke ownership arrangements are defined in the agreement.
