A substantial system. Before we tailor anything.
WolfIntel does not begin with a blank screen and a development proposal.
Its established core already brings together your people, relationships, work, information and commercial activity. We then shape that foundation around your priorities, processes and the way your business needs to operate.
You are investing in a working starting point—and the understanding and implementation needed to make it yours.
Your day, priorities and outstanding work
A business dashboard and Morning Update help you see what needs attention, what is progressing and what is waiting.
The Action Desk brings enquiries, developing opportunities and live work into one place. Each item can carry an accountable owner, current position, next action, review date, linked people and supporting documents.
Personal and permitted team views let you move between your own responsibilities and the wider picture. Closed work and its history remain available rather than disappearing when a job ends.
People, organisations and relationships
Keep contact information alongside the context that makes it useful: who someone works with, their roles, business interests, introductions and previous involvement.
People and organisations connect to work, documents, capabilities and recorded intelligence. The network view helps you explore those connections instead of relying on memory or disconnected contact lists.
Insights, needs and offers
Separate what you know from what someone needs or can provide.
Record insights, open requirements and offers against the relevant people or organisations, with source, date, status and confidence where appropriate. Search and review that information when a new enquiry or opportunity arises.
Possible connections support your judgement; they are not presented as confirmed business matches.
Capabilities and access
Build a practical picture of what your network can deliver, who provides it and how it can be accessed.
A shared capabilities catalogue sits alongside provider-specific offerings, delivery routes and supporting information. This preserves the distinction between a general service category and what a particular contact actually offers.
Oracle: find information with its context
Oracle brings together permitted information from across the system so you can ask questions and find relevant records, notes, conversations and supported document content.
Rather than simply locating a name, it helps bring the surrounding evidence into view: previous work, recorded requirements, relationships and the history behind an opportunity.
Results link back to their sources, helping you check the detail and make a better-informed decision. Access permissions still apply, and unsupported or unreadable document content is not silently treated as searchable.
Documents and retained history
Keep documents with the work, person or organisation they relate to, or organise them within the Repository.
Version history, access controls and retained records help preserve how information developed. Supported clean document text can also become searchable through Oracle.
File security scanning requires commissioning as part of the installation.
Capture information while it is useful
A private Scratchpad gives you space for working notes, with saved history and recovery facilities.
Typed capture helps turn information into structured work. Configured voice tools can support dictation and editable transcripts, while the Calls workspace keeps conversation records, transcripts and report drafts together.
Voice and external processing services are enabled by agreement. This does not imply automatic recording of telephone calls or messaging conversations.
Calendar and daily organisation
Plan appointments, review dates and reminders alongside your operational information, with time-zone support and world clocks where useful.
The internal calendar is part of the core. Synchronisation with external calendar services is a separate integration.
Commercial administration
Core financial tools cover quotations, sales invoices, credit notes, supplier invoices, expenses and recorded payments.
Link commercial records to the relevant work and parties, review outstanding balances and produce branded documents. Supported currencies include GBP, EUR and USD.
These are operational financial tools—not a claim to replace a full accounting ledger, payroll system or tax-filing service.
Management visibility and control
Reporting brings together work, outcomes, ownership, commercial activity and data-quality information.
User roles, teams and record-level permissions control access. Multi-factor authentication, audit history and session controls support accountable use.
Branding, classifications and configurable fields help the system reflect your organisation rather than forcing your organisation to adopt someone else’s terminology.
Connected from the outset. Able to develop further.
The value lies not just in the individual features, but in how they work together.
A conversation can inform a requirement. That requirement can connect to a person, an opportunity, supporting evidence and the next action. Owners and management can see the overall position, then follow the detail behind it.
As requirements change, the system can be developed further. Specialist workflows and connections to other software are assessed and agreed for each implementation.
Hosting, backups, monitoring, training and support are defined in your proposal. External services, integrations and usage charges are not automatically included.
Your business. Your way.
